Scott started his career working in his family’s contract sales and marketing business as a commission agent into independent retailers in Victoria Australia. Three years later Scott had bought his father out of the business and started managing some of Australia’s largest retailers at 22 years of age. After selling this business 4 years later he pursued a career in finance, first working as a Novated Leasing specialist and then starting his own plant and equipment finance broking business specialising in tax effective business lending. 

Upon returning to the consumer goods industry a few years later, Scott positioned his next venture to work for local and international design led and boutique businesses which began his journey into management. Taking up what he sees as his first “real job”, Scott became National Sales Manager in Australia and North America for a Melbourne based design led business which not only supplied the Australian & North American markets directly but had distribution partners globally. 

Before launching ThinkBox to help Australian wholesalers and distributors in both Strategy & Sales, Scott has worked as General Manager of Independent Sales and formed part of the senior management team with artwrap (part of UK publicly listed International Greetings PLC business),  General Manager of Wild & Wolf ANZ (part of UK privately owned DC Thomson Consumer Products business) where he led the change for both Wild & Wolf and Petit Collage into direct models into Australia and New Zealand and General Manager – Sales & Marketing ANZ for Smash Enterprises.

When not working you will most likely find Scott on his beloved bicycle “Leonardo” peddling around Yarra Boulevard or The Dandenongs in Melbourne or spending time with his friends and family, working on some old car…his beautiful partner Cassie, their crazy Boston Terrier Gismo and the little dude Xavier.
